Neon Flex™ Plus
LED Neon Flex Plus achieves an ultra high lumens efficacy. LED Neon-Flex Plus’s increased lumens stemmed from the application of high quality, high brightness encapsulated DIP LEDs coupled with an enhanced PVC mixture used in the main housing extrusion process with a higher density of LEDs per cut unit. This optical gain enhancing PVC increases homogenization of the light effect which translates the maximum amount of lumens consistently delivered to the surface of the LED Neon-Flex Plus. Take white color of LED Neon Flex Plus for example, it can achieve a lumens efficacy of 36.1Lm/W and 63Lm/Ft. LED Neon Flex Plus assuredly has expanded the proliferation of Neo-Neon’s LED Neon- Flex as a direct replacement to traditional glass Neon.
Mini Neon Flex™
Mini Neon Flex™ utilises Superior Grade 3528 Ultra Bright LED’s encapsulated in a slim line dual layer PVC sheath to produce a Neon effect LED light. Due to its construction Mini Neon-Flex™ is very flexible and can be used to create stunning visuals and because of how the light is dispersed it allows the product to be seen and not just hidden away. Mini Neon Flex™ can be cut and rejoined every metre, and due to it being mains power up to 80m can be used from a single power source making it ideal for outlining buildings and large areas where a long consistent light source is required. Available on 50m reels or 3m kits with accessories for mounting, cutting and joining.

Neon Flex™ 3528
Classic LED Neon Flex is slowly being replaced with Neo Neon's revolutional new technology Neon Flex 3528. Using environmental friendly flat copper FPC and a 100% automated standard production, stabilises the quality significantly compared to the traditional hand made process. Free from toxic chemical substances and mecury, 30% more output than that of traditional vertical LED Neon Flex and 35% less heat dissipation ensures its 50,000hrs life span.
